Confetti Delivery & Pickup Policy
Part of excellent customer service means getting your rental items to you when you need them. Confetti offers a variety of delivery options to meet nearly any need.
Our standard rates include delivery Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Delivery is typically arranged a day prior to your event with pick up the day after your event. If the event is on the weekend, we will delivery on Friday and pick up on Monday.
Standard Rates
Standard rates are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Rates are calculated at $2.25 per kilometer with a minimum fee of $49 each way ($98 round trip) for a small truck, and $89 each way ($178 round trip) for a large truck with a tailgate.
Weekend and Afterhours Rates
Some venues have timed specific receiving and strike timelines. Additional weekend rates may apply at a flat rate of $85.00. An afterhours rate of $250 may apply for late night pick ups.

Timed Deliveries
If you need your items to arrive at a specific time we offer a timed delivery service that allows you to choose a one or two-hour window for your delivery.

Outside Regular Hours
If you need your items delivered outside of our regular operating hours, we are happy to help!
Please contact us to discuss your specific delivery date and time requirements, and we will work with you to put together a quote that fits your schedule to the best of our abilities.
Additional Labour
Our standard delivery services include 20 minutes on site for unloading / loading vehicles. Inside deliveries, stairs, elevators, landscape barriers, and long distances to the job site may result in additional fees. If this might be the case for your event, please let us know at the time of booking to avoid any unexpected costs. Sometimes this can only be assessed at the time of delivery, but even a heads-up can help us plan to avoid unexpected delays.
All products that Confetti delivers or picks up must be returned in the condition and state they were given (i.e. chairs stacked, glassware in racks, dishes in crates). Additional labour costs will be incurred for unscheduled packing up or tear-down of any items.
Confetti offers basic setup and takedown services such as assembling dance floors, stage platforms, and patio heaters. If you require setup or takedown, this MUST be arranged at the time of booking. Unexpected or last-minute requests will result in a higher labor rate and may not be possible due to time constraints.
